Welcome to our Loyalty Point reward scheme, as a valued customer we want to thank you for shopping with us. We want you to know we appreciate our returning customers and so we are offering a FREE reward scheme for you to spend & earn points to redeem on future orders with Kuhn Rikon UK.

How It Works

Every time you purchase any item, you will earn loyalty points (registered users only). For every £20 you spend, you receive £1 in loyalty points. Loyalty points are equivalent to currency (1point = £1). Loyalty points are automatically added to your account when you make a purchase after the goods have been dispatched. You can use your loyalty points against any future purchase. To qualify for loyalty points, you need to have an account and make an online order. To get started, all you need to do is create an account and check out in the normal way. You can only use the loyalty points you have in your account on the current purchase. If you use all your loyalty points on a particular purchase, new ones will be added after your order has been dispatched. You can see how many points you have by logging into your account and going to the Reward Points tab.

How To Use Your Points

At the order review page, during checkout, you will be given the option to use your points against your order. Select how many points you would like to use (1 Point = £1) and this amount will be deducted from your total. If unused, loyalty points will expire after 180 days.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that loyalty points will be deducted from subsequent refunds and we reserve the right to revoke or change the value of the points at any time.
